Submitting an order

When you submit an order through Indoraq, you are requesting to purchase the cat products selected during checkout.

Before completing your purchase, you are responsible for reviewing the information associated with your order, including:

• The products and quantities selected
• Product variants, sizes, finishes, colours, or other available options
• Product dimensions, specifications, materials, and applicable safety information
• Your shipping address
• Your billing information
• Your email address and other contact information
• The final order total and applicable shipping charges or taxes

Please make sure that the information submitted with your order is accurate and complete.

After submitting an order, you may receive an electronic confirmation containing information about your purchase.

An order confirmation acknowledges that Indoraq has received your order request. It does not prevent the order from being subject to payment authorization, product availability, address review, fraud-prevention checks, or other reasonable operational review before fulfillment.

Indoraq reserves the right, where reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law, to decline or cancel an order before shipment.

This may occur where, for example:

• A product becomes unavailable
• There is an obvious pricing, description, or listing error
• Payment authorization fails
• Order or address information is incomplete or invalid
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity
• We are otherwise unable to fulfill the order

If an order is cancelled after payment has already been successfully collected, the applicable refund will generally be processed within 1–3 business days to the original payment method.

Additional time for the refund to appear may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Product descriptions and specifications

Indoraq aims to provide clear product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, finishes, materials, available options, intended use, and other relevant details to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Our collection focuses on thoughtfully designed cat products for everyday living, including Play & Bond, Think & Discover, and Chew & Comfort.

Because the characteristics of individual cat products vary, please review the applicable product page carefully before purchasing, especially the intended use and any applicable safety information.

Minor differences in colour, tone, texture, finish, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, photography conditions, production variation, or the natural characteristics of certain materials.

Natural materials, fabrics, coatings, colors, textures, and finishes may show reasonable variation between individual products.

The price displayed for a product during checkout is the price applicable to that purchase, subject to any valid promotion or correction permitted under applicable law.

Product prices may change from time to time. Changes will not ordinarily affect orders that have already been successfully completed, except where an obvious pricing error requires correction and applicable law permits it.

Indoraq may periodically offer promotional pricing, discounts, bundles, free-shipping offers, or other promotional opportunities.

Promotions may be subject to conditions including:

• Eligible products or collections
• Minimum purchase requirements
• Promotion start and end dates
• Usage or quantity limits
• Geographic or customer eligibility

By submitting a payment method, you confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method for the purchase.

Payment transactions may be processed through Shopify and applicable third-party payment service providers.

Secure checkout technology, including SSL encryption where applicable, is used to help protect information transmitted during the payment process.

Applicable taxes, duties, shipping charges, or other amounts required in connection with your purchase will be displayed during checkout where required.

Indoraq orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing takes place before the shipment is transferred to the applicable carrier and is separate from the estimated delivery period.

Estimated delivery within the United States is generally 5–10 business days after processing.

Based on our standard processing and delivery estimates, most U.S. orders are therefore expected to arrive approximately 6–13 business days after the order is placed.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier conditions, weather, holidays, destination, customs processes, high shipping volumes, and other circumstances outside our direct control may affect delivery.

Indoraq uses a multi-location fulfillment model to support our cat product collections.

Depending on inventory availability, product requirements, destination, and operational considerations, orders may be fulfilled from different facilities, including approved fulfillment partners.

The fulfillment location may therefore vary between products and orders. Indoraq does not represent that every order is shipped from a single local warehouse.

Unless different information is clearly disclosed before purchase, the processing and estimated U.S. delivery times stated in our Shipping Policy apply regardless of the fulfillment location used.

Orders with a merchandise total of US$49 or more qualify for free shipping.

For orders below US$49, any applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking information is provided for Indoraq shipments where tracking is available through the applicable carrier.

Once your order has shipped and tracking becomes available, you will receive the relevant shipping confirmation and tracking details.

If tracking appears unusual, has not updated for an extended period, or you have a question about delivery, contact service@indoraq.com and include your order number.

Customers are responsible for checking the shipping address and contact information provided during checkout.

If you identify an error after placing an order, contact Indoraq Customer Care as soon as possible.

Shipping information may generally be updated before an order has shipped. Once shipment has occurred, we may no longer be able to change the destination or other delivery information.

Customers may request to change or cancel an order before shipment.

To request a change or cancellation, contact service@indoraq.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible. Where applicable, the order may instead qualify for return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible purchases may be returned within Indoraq's 30-day return window, measured from the date of delivery and subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Products should generally be returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received, together with included parts, components, accessories, manuals, or other supplied items where applicable.

Products that have been materially altered, misused, intentionally damaged, or damaged after delivery for reasons unrelated to a defect may not qualify for return.

These conditions do not limit applicable rights where an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its product description.

Before returning any product, contact service@indoraq.com to obtain the applicable return instructions and confirmed return address.

Do not send merchandise to an address that has not first been provided or confirmed by Indoraq Customer Care.

For preference-based returns or other eligible returns that are not caused by a product issue or fulfillment error, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, Indoraq will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to the customer where applicable.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Relevant photographs or supporting information where possible

After reviewing the circumstances, Indoraq will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, return arrangement, or other suitable solution.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Once a refund has been approved, Indoraq generally processes it within 1–3 business days.

After Indoraq issues the refund, it generally takes an additional 5–10 business days for the amount to appear through the original payment method.

Actual posting times depend on your bank, card issuer, financial institution, or payment provider.

Product availability may change without notice.

If Indoraq is unable to fulfill a product included in your order, we may cancel the affected item and process the applicable refund to the original payment method within 1–3 business days after cancellation.

Additional posting time after the refund is issued may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Indoraq may review transactions where reasonably necessary to help protect customers and our store against fraud, unauthorized purchases, payment abuse, or security risks.

An order may be delayed, declined, or cancelled where there is a legitimate payment, fraud-prevention, or security concern, subject to applicable law.

When purchasing from Indoraq, customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate contact and shipping information
• Using an authorized payment method
• Reviewing relevant product information before purchasing
• Checking dimensions, specifications, materials, compatibility, installation information, and available options where applicable
• Reviewing the final order total before submitting payment
• Following applicable return instructions when requesting a return

Nothing in these Terms of Purchase is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where applicable law provides customers with rights beyond these Terms of Purchase, those mandatory rights continue to apply.
